Primark Healthcare is recognized nationally and internationally for its tradition of excellence in care. We design quality protective packaging. The Surgical Gloves are sterilized either by EO (Ethylene Oxide Gas) or Gamma Radiation as per customer requirement.
The manufacturing of gloves consists of the following steps: Harvesting of Latex, Addition of preservative, Pre-Centrifugation, Centrifugation, Compounding, Dipping, Coagulation, Pre-vulcanization leaching, Vulcanization, Stripping, Post-vulcanization leaching, Lubrication, Chlorination, Checking and most importantly Packaging. Packaging is done under clean and hygienic environment which ensures low Bio-burden on the gloves.
